**For Sr. Associate**: 2-4 years’ Experience of working with Law firms/ Insolvency Professional Entities (IPEs)/ Financial Institutions with practical knowledge of IBC & Corporate Restructuring.

**For Jr. Associate**: 0-2 years’ Experience under IBC/Restructuring
- Good Subject Knowledge of IBC, 2016 and Company Law, SARFAESI and other laws
- Should have end-to-end Procedural Knowledge of the CIRP and the Liquidation Process as envisaged under the IBC.

- **Scope of work**:

- Handling the CIRP Process/ Liquidation Process end-to-end
- Conduct COC/SCC Meetings including preparation of notice, presentation, drafting minutes post completion.
- Overlooking operation of the company under CIRP/PPRIP/Liquidation
- Drafting of letters to various authorities, debtors of the Corporate Debtor
- Drafting of appeals, Petitions, Applications, Replies, Rejoinders, with respect to IBC, SARFAESI filed before the Hon’ble NCLT/NCLAT/ DRT.
- Other compliances required for conducting CIRP/Liquidation process
- Drafting of other petitions, Applications, Appeals, Reports and also appearances before the Hon’ble NCLT.
- Research for cases, Reading Judgements, amendments and circular on daily basis.
- **Salary-**:

- Commensurate with experience and as per industry standard.
- Starting salary for Junior associate Rs 225,000/- per annum, only for who fits into the requirements.
- Starting salary for Senior associates is Rs 400,000/- per annum only for who fits into the requirements.

**Salary**: ₹225,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
