Essential Qualifications: CA

Desired Qualifications:

- Minimum CA with 0-2 years of experience in similar roles
- Performing in-depth client, competitor, industry, market and economy research.
- Performing valuation analysis on a wide range of public and private entities within various industries using globally accepted relevant approaches and theory.
- Good command in using MS Office tools
- Good team working skills
- Ability in working within multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Provide valuation services required under Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, Income Tax Act etc.
- Provide support for valuation for mergers and acquisitions, fund raising, restructuring
- Provide support in preparing projected cash flow analysis, balance sheet analysis competitor and industry analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically in Excel).
- Perform due diligence, research, analysis and documentation for assignment.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
