**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Create and maintain usage reports.
- Responsible for utilizing Excel and other relevant tools to meticulously maintain a comprehensive report detailing the precise locations of raw materials and hardware products within the organization.
- Maintain complete and accurate data regarding the utilization of hardware products, ensuring transparency and efficiency in resource allocation and management.
- Optimizing operational workflows by effectively tracking and documenting the locations where hardware products are deployed, facilitating smooth and organized processes within the R&D department.
- Collaborate closely with various teams to coordinate the procurement, utilization, and allocation of resources, contributing to the success and efficiency of R&D projects.
- Support - Coordinate with the support to arrange for virtual or physical visit to ensure resolution.
- Replacements - Check for warranty and provide replacement in case of device failure. Check for the on-time dispatch of replacements. In case warranty is void, communicate the charges with the customer.
- Renewals - Check and coordinate with customers for renewals and be his POC for service renewal supporting the renewal team for hardware renewals.

**Qualification and Skills**:

- Excellent Communication Skills (Both Verbal and Non Verbal)
- Knowledge of excel.
- Preferably having a background of Customer support or Integration.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
