We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support our daily operations and contribute to optimizing processes across teams. You will gain hands-on experience in various facets of operations, including resource allocation, supply chain, logistics, and cross-departmental coordination, within a cutting-edge space-tech company.

**Responsibilities**:
**Daily Operations Support**: Assist in monitoring and coordinating day-to-day operational activities, and track and allocate resources effectively to ensure a smooth workflow.
**Logistics and Supply Chain Assistance**: Support in managing vendor communications, procurement processes, and inventory tracking, and assist with supply chain documentation and reporting.
**Project Coordination**: Collaborate with different departments to facilitate smooth communication and information flow, and contribute to developing workflows that enhance productivity.
**Process Improvement**: Identify bottlenecks in current processes and propose innovative solutions, and prepare and present operational reports, tracking KPIs and other performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree (preferably in non-engineering field)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of finance, relevant regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
