**Job Title: Operations Executive**

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Task Execution**: Carry out all assigned tasks and responsibilities as per the Director’s instructions with precision and efficiency.
- **Client Support**: Provide exceptional support to clients, addressing their needs, queries, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Back Office Duties**: Manage backend office functions, including preparing agreements, letters of intent (LOIs), creating property proposals, and other documentation as directed.
- **CRM Data Management**: Update and maintain CRM data from the admin account, ensuring all client and operational information is current and accurate.
- **Reporting and Coordination**: Develop and maintain reports on team performance and operations, coordinate project activities, and support the Director’s needs.
- **Administrative Support**: Handle all administrative tasks including mailings, invoicing, and general office management according to provided instructions.
- **Process Adherence**: Ensure adherence to established processes and protocols, and offer feedback on potential improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 3+ years in a similar operations or executive role, with a proven ability to follow instructions and manage tasks effectively.
- **Skills**: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle tasks as directed without requiring extensive supervision.
- **Education**: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
