We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. The Operations Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our operations, with a focus on maintaining high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized support and guidance throughout their journey, from initial inquiry to enrollment and beyond.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing databases, and preparing reports to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- **Communication**: Serve as a point of contact for clients, educational institutions, and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication to facilitate smooth coordination and problem resolution.
- **Compliance**: Stay updated on relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to international education, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards in all operations.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process optimization and enhancement of service quality, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- 0-2 years of work experience in operations, customer service, or administration, preferably in the education or consultancy sector.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with English proficiency being a must.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a dynamic work environment.
