**Position**:Operations Executive

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
As an Operations Executive, you will ensure the seamless execution of events from inception to completion. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Independently manage and coordinate various aspects of events.
- Communicate with vendors for purchase bills and other logístical requirements.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand and meet their strategic requirements.
- Attend meetings with hotel representatives and vendors to ensure quality and reliability.
- Plan and execute event logistics on-site.
- Manage client interactions during event execution to ensure satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM tools effectively to maintain records.
- Prepare and present daily MIS reports.
- Conduct competition analysis to identify trends and improve event quality.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**
- A BBA or MBA degree is required.
- Strong command of English, confidence, and excellent negotiation abilities.
- Expressiveness and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Willingness to travel across India and abroad for events.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
