**Position - Senior/Executive Operations**

**Job Summary**:
As an Operations Executive at GRTPL, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of store operations, efficient inventory management, and timely collections. You will be responsible for supporting revenue growth, contributing to market expansion, and participating in special projects. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams to drive operational excellence.

**Qualities and Qualifications**

Graduation preferred; additional qualifications in business operations, supply chain management, or retail management are advantageous.

3-5 years of experience in operations, preferably in retail or a related industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in inventory and SKU management tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic business environments.
- Ethical conduct and commitment to organizational goals.
- Customer-centric approach and attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure timely same-month collections and resolve outstanding dues. Assist in meeting store disbursement and VLE revenue targets.
- Whole Back-Office support.
- : Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure optimal SKU management. Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams to avoid stock shortages.
- Ensure efficient day-to-day store operations, aligning with company standards. Develop and implement operational processes to improve productivity.
- : Support the launch of new stores in unexplored geographies. Assist in research and analysis for potential market opportunities.
- Work closely with the Store Manager and team to achieve operational objectives. Contribute to team development and ensure adherence to incentive and R&R policies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Prepare and present regular reports on inventory, collections, and store performance.
- Contribute to initiatives like warehouse launches and pilot projects in Bihar and other regions.
