**Job Title: Junior Operations Executive (EdTech & Publishing)**

**Role Summary**:As a Junior Operations Executive, your primary responsibility will be overseeing various operations including packaging, inventory management, delivery schedules, procurement, and distribution. You will coordinate these processes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products and materials, supporting seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and maintaining optimal stock to fulfill orders.
- Coordinate packaging processes, ensuring materials are securely and efficiently packaged according to company standards.
- Schedule and oversee timely delivery and distribution of educational materials and publications.
- Liaise with suppliers and manage procurement processes to obtain materials and services at competitive prices.
- Monitor and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain regular communication with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics providers.
- Prepare reports detailing operational activities and performance metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years preferred) in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to analyze processes and identify areas for improvement.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in EdTech or educational product distribution.
- Basic understanding of procurement procedures and negotiation skills.
- Eager to learn and grow.
