**Role Summary**

**KRA: Task / Activities**
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive retention and upselling
- Manage and optimize our online presence, including our website, social media, and online advertising
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales and marketing strategies
- Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, tracking ROI and making data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective communication

**KPI: Performance Metrics**

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education or technology sectors
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, including lead generation, conversion, and retention
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and marketing automation tools
- Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce,Odoo or HubSpot
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, or Facebook Ads
- Familiarity with content management systems, such as WordPress or Drupal
- Certification in sales or marketing, such as HubSpot Inbound Sales or Google Analytics Certification
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.

**Shift Timings**

**5:30pm to 9:30 pm -**

**4:30am to 8:30am**

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- sales marketing: 2 years (required)
- CRM software: 1 year (required)
- Educa: 1 year (preferred)
