**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement offline marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and sales.
- Coordinate with sales teams to generate leads and support business growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and business partners.
- Organize promotional events, trade shows, and product launch campaigns.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, posters, and product catalogs.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and promotion.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive or lubricant industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic marketing tools.
- Willingness to travel for marketing activities and dealer meetings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
