**Job Title: IT Sales Intern (Remote)**
- Job Responsibilities:_
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and prospects using platforms such as LinkedIn and Upwork.
- Generate a steady flow of qualified leads through effective communication and outreach strategies.
- Utilize various sales techniques to engage with potential clients and present our services.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and update the CRM system with relevant information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to convert leads into customers.
- Assist in the development of sales presentations, proposals, and other sales materials as needed.
- Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries and follow-up on leads.
- Meet or exceed assigned targets and goals within specified timelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
- Have a good knowledge of IT Terminology.
- Skills and Qualifications:_
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using platforms like LinkedIn and Upwork for lead generation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a sales environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- **Stipend Structure**:_
- The internship is performance-based, with the stipend being dependent on lead conversion.
- Stipend will be calculated as 10% of the converted lead value.
- If the sales intern reaches the assigned target, a bonus stipend of 10,000 rs will be provided.
**Note**: The stipend structure and specific details will be communicated during the selection process.
