**Key Responsibilities**:Quality Assurance & NABH Compliance**:

- Assist in implementation and monitoring of **NABH standards**:

- Conduct **internal audits**, support **gap analysis**, and follow up on corrective actions
- Maintain and update **quality manuals**, **SOPs**, and other documentation
- Coordinate **training sessions** and **awareness programs** for staff
- Track and analyze **quality indicators**, **incident reports**, and **patient feedback**:

- Support all clinical and non-clinical departments with **compliance and improvement plans**

**HR Coordination & Support Tasks**:

- Coordinate **orientation and induction** programs for new joiners
- Maintain **training and competency records** of staff as per NABH standards
- Collaborate with HR for **performance evaluation formats** linked to quality KPIs
- Support HR in conducting **employee satisfaction surveys** and analyzing outcomes
- Help organize **HR training sessions** related to soft skills, ethics, and safety
- Liaise with departments for **manpower compliance reports** required for audits

**Skills Required**:

- Sound knowledge of **NABH** **standards**:

- Strong **documentation**, **data analysis**, and **reporting** skills
- Excellent **communication** and **interpersonal** abilities
- Ability to **work cross-functionally** with clinical, administrative, and HR teams
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and process-driven mindset

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
