The Quality Executive in the Sticker Labeling, Printing, and Packaging Industry is responsible for overseeing the quality control processes within the production lines. They ensure that products meet the required standards for safety, functionality, and appearance. This role involves managing quality assurance protocols, testing materials, inspecting finished goods, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Education : Diploma in Printing with min 2 to 3 Years Experience as Quality Executive Profile in Sticker Labeling Industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Assurance Management**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards for labeling, printing, and packaging processes.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to established quality guidelines and customer specifications.
- Identify areas for improvement in the production process to reduce defects, waste, and rework.
- **Inspection and Testing**:

- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform testing on print quality, color accuracy, material strength, adhesive performance, and packaging integrity.
- Use various testing equipment (e.g., spectrophotometer, tensile tester, adhesive test equipment) to measure product quality.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions.
- Generate detailed quality reports for management review and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and other relevant industry certifications.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Investigate and resolve any quality-related issues, such as print defects, packaging failures, or material inconsistencies.
- Work closely with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) when quality problems arise.
- **Supplier and Vendor Coordination**:

- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure raw materials and components meet quality specifications.
- Evaluate and approve materials, inks, adhesives, and other consumables used in the production process.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work in conjunction with the production team to ensure smooth production flow and quality compliance.
- Provide training to staff on quality standards, testing procedures, and best practices.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure that the products meet regulatory requirements for safety, labeling, and packaging standards in relevant markets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in quality control and packaging.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
