- Set up, operate, and adjust automatic and semi-automatic sticker labeling machines according to production requirements.
- Conduct thorough inspections of labels and labeling machines to ensure smooth operation and high-quality output.
- **Supervision & Training**:

- Lead and mentor a team of junior labeling operators, providing guidance on machine operation, quality control, and safety protocols.
- Provide training to new or less experienced operators on equipment, machine settings, and labeling processes.
- Oversee team performance, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct routine inspections of products for label defects, such as misprints, incorrect placement, and adhesion issues.
- Ensure that all labels meet customer specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform regular checks to verify that label information (e.g., product details, barcodes, expiration dates) is accurate.
- **Maintenance & Troubleshooting**:

- Perform regular maintenance on labeling machines, including cleaning, changing parts (e.g., rollers, applicators), and addressing mechanical issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical problems with machines to prevent delays in production.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for major machine repairs or upgrades.
- **Production Efficiency**:

- Maintain a high level of production efficiency by minimizing machine downtime and optimizing the labeling process.
- Monitor machine speeds and adjust settings as needed to keep the production line moving smoothly.
- Ensure that label materials (e.g., rolls, adhesives) are properly stocked and ready for use to avoid production delays.
- **Safety & Compliance**:

- Follow all company and industry-specific safety protocols while operating labeling machines.
- Ensure that the work area is clean and free of hazards and that safety equipment (e.g., gloves, safety glasses) is worn appropriately.
- Comply with environmental and regulatory standards related to labeling and packaging processes.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of machine setups, production data, downtime, and quality issues.
- Report production progress, machine performance, and any incidents to the production supervisor or manager.
- Provide input on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance labeling processes and equipment performance.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other departments, including production, quality control, and packaging teams, to ensure smooth workflows and high-quality output.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure proper implementation of labels and stickers for new products or product lines.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
