An IML (In-Mold Label) Die Cutting Operator in the label printing industry in Ahmedabad is responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining die-cutting machines used in the production of in-mold labels. This role ensures that labels are accurately cut to specifications, maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to production schedules.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Operation**: Operate die-cutting machines to cut pre-printed or blank labels accurately, ensuring they meet design specifications.
- **Setup and Calibration**: Prepare and calibrate machines for production runs, adjusting settings to accommodate different label sizes and materials.
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on die-cutting equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect cut labels for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards before proceeding to the next production stage.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of production runs, machine settings, and maintenance activities for quality assurance and compliance purposes.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Diploma or ITI in Printing & Packaging or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a IML Label Cutting Operator in the printing and packaging industry, with specific experience in IML processes preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in operating and maintaining die-cutting machines; understanding of IML label production processes.
- **Soft Skills**: Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.

**Additional Considerations**:

- **Location**: Positions are available in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
- **Compensation**: Salaries typically range from ₹40,000 to ₹60,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
- **Work Schedule**: Day and morning shifts are common, with potential for overtime based on production demands.
