The Project Executive - Interior Design (Execution) is responsible for overseeing the on-site execution of interior design projects from start to handover. This role ensures that design concepts are translated into reality while maintaining quality, timelines, budget control, and compliance with client requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Execution & Coordination**
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of interior works as per design specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of work.
- Interpret design drawings and provide clarifications to site teams for accurate implementation.
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project schedule, cost, and quality standards.

**Quality & Compliance**
- Ensure materials, finishes, and workmanship comply with approved specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and snagging to maintain high standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and statutory requirements.

**Client & Stakeholder Management**
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients during execution.
- Provide regular progress updates, resolve issues, and manage expectations.
- Coordinate handover process including final inspections, snag rectification, and documentation.

**Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain project records including drawings, work progress reports, site instructions, and change orders.
- Track project costs, variations, and prepare reports for management.
- Assist in preparing project closure reports and lessons learned.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of interior design execution, materials, and finishes.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
- Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and site management skills.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools preferred.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and timelines.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in interior design project execution (corporate, residential, retail, or hospitality projects).
- Proven track record of handling site execution and vendor coordination.
