**Job Title**: Seating Executive

**Department** : Production operations

**Base Location**: Nagpur

**Reports to**: Senior Manager - Production Operations

**Experience**: 1-2 plus years of experience in Production in seating

**Educational Qualification**: Diploma / Degree in Textile, Mechanical Engineering

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for shift planning, production, quality and improving productivity
- Knowledge of sewing machines, upholstery tools & equipment, machineries and process
- Should possess detailed knowledge of upholstery fabric, leather, foam, adhesive, plastics and other material related to seating
- Should possess knowledge of quality requirements in upholstery, seating and seating components

**Skills Required**:

- Responsible for production of soft seating and seating.
- Responsible for quality of seating and soft seating products
- Manpower planning and deployment
- Responsible for setting up process and production for new products
- Generate MIS
- Responsible for improving the productivity, cost control, material optimization

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
