**Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Reception**:

- Greet guests as they enter the hotel lobby with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Escort guests to the reception area and assist with the check-in process if needed.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and facilities to enhance the guest experience.
- **Reservation Management**:

- Manage guest reservations, including checking availability, confirming bookings, and updating room assignments.
- Coordinate with the front desk staff to ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries regarding room rates, packages, and special promotions.
- **Seating and Waiting Management**:

- Manage the seating and waiting areas, ensuring guests are promptly seated and attended to.
- Maintain a reservation log and seating chart to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in managing guest flow during peak times to minimize wait times and maximize efficiency.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide personalized assistance to guests by addressing their needs, inquiries, and special requests.
- Offer recommendations for dining options, local attractions, and entertainment venues.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- **Upselling and Promotion**:

- Promote hotel services, amenities, and special offers to guests to enhance their experience and increase revenue.
- Upsell room upgrades, dining packages, spa treatments, and other add-on services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement promotional strategies and drive revenue growth.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Assist in coordinating special events, conferences, and banquets held at the hotel.
- Liaise with event planners, catering staff, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Provide support during events by welcoming guests, managing seating arrangements, and addressing any last-minute requests.
- **Maintaining Lobby Appearance**:

- Ensure the hotel lobby and reception area are clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Arrange floral displays, decor, and signage to create an inviting ambiance for guests.
- Monitor and replenish supplies such as brochures, maps, and promotional materials.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,440.11 - ₹26,412.78 per month
