**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and implement** structured life skills programs tailored for different age groups.
- Conduct **interactive workshops, role-playing activities, and real-life simulations** to teach values, ethics, and essential life skills.
- Work on **developing emotional intelligence, leadership, self-discipline, communication, and problem-solving skills** among students.
- **Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and school leadership** to integrate life skills education into the overall curriculum.
- Assess and track **students’ behavioral and emotional growth**, providing guidance for improvement.
- Foster a **positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment** that encourages open discussions.
- Organize **guest lectures and special sessions** to expose students to real-world experiences.
- Partner with parents and the school management to **reinforce value-based learning**.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Bachelor’s/Master’s degree** in Education, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum **5 years of experience** in coaching, mentoring, counseling, or life skills training.
- Strong **workshop facilitation and public speaking skills**.
- Ability to **connect with students across different age groups** and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- **Outcome-oriented approach** with structured goal-setting for student development.
- Excellent interpersonal and **motivational skills**.
- Deep understanding of **child and adolescent psychology**.
- Passion for **holistic education and value-based learning**.
