Sales Trainee

**Role & responsibilities**
- Teach sales techniques and product knowledge through training sessions.
- Support sales reps with ongoing coaching and help them overcome challenges
- Work with managers to identify training needs and customize programs.
- Drive V-College Learning Portal Across / Make sure all the sales person is utilizing learning portal
- Measure training effectiveness and adjust as needed based on feedback.
- work on creating training materials for online and classroom usage.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions.
- Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly

- Salary-: 30000 to 35000 + Incentive+ Travel Allowance

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
