- **1.**Managing day to day operations to ensure smooth production processes
- **2.** Have look on absentees’ workers with proper reasons.
- **3.**Ensure health and safety of workers.
- **4.**Maintaining clean and organized environment.
- **5.**Managing single group of workers for better productivity.
- **6.**Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and team performance
- **7.**Train and guide shop floor employees to improve skills and knowledge

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
- Proficiency in using shop floor management tools and software is a plus.
