**1.**Managing day to day operations to ensure smooth production processes

**2.** Have look on absentees’ workers with proper reasons.

**3.**Ensure health and safety of workers.

**4.**Maintaining clean and organized environment.

**5.**Managing single group of workers for better productivity.

**6.**Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and team performance

**7.**Train and guide shop floor employees to improve skills and knowledge

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
- Proficiency in using shop floor management tools and software is a plus.
