About the organisation

Advance Paints Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturer of industrial, high performance and marine coatings. We are leading suppliers to Indian Navy and Indian Railways having been associated to them for over 3 decades. We have an extensive product range that has been specially developed for infrastructure projects, chemical zones, refineries and others.

Role Purpose

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at our Andheri location. The Office Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Responsibility
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring they sign in and receive any necessary badges or information.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages or forwarding calls as appropriate.
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments.
- Assist in making travel arrangements and accommodations for employees and visitors.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
- Organize and maintain office files, both electronic and physical.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events or team-building activities.
- Liaise with building management and external vendors for office maintenance and repairs.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks such as expense tracking and invoice processing.

Skills Required
- Proven experience in an office coordination or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles is a plus.
- Familiarity with office equipment and software.

Experience Required
- 1-4 years

Mandatory Requirement
- Must be a local from Mumbai and willing and able to commute to Marol Naka (Andheri East).

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Prior experience as Office Coordinator.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
