**Job Description: Commis 1 Level Pastry Chef**

**Location**: Entisi Chocolatier Store, Pune, Koregaon Park, North Main Road

**Working Days**:6 days a week

**Salary**:₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month

**About Us**: Entisi Chocolatier is dedicated to crafting premium chocolates that bring joy to our customers. Our store in Koregaon Park not only sells chocolates but also offers a live chocolate-making experience. We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Commis 1 Level Pastry Chef to join our team and help us create unforgettable chocolate moments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Live Chocolate Making**: Make chocolates live in the store, showcasing your skills in tempering, moulding, filling, and handling chocolates.
- **Inventory Management**: Keep track of all chocolate raw materials and finished goods, ensuring we always have what we need and maintaining quality standards.
- **Production Planning**: Plan chocolate production based on daily sales and consumption to ensure a smooth operation.
- **Quality Control**: Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all chocolates produced.
- **Customer Interaction**: Engage with customers, explaining the chocolate-making process and enhancing their in-store experience.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: You should have experience working with chocolate, including knowledge of tempering, moulding, and basic storage and handling techniques.
- **Skills**: Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are a must. You should be able to work efficiently, even under pressure.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
