Job Title: Junior Pastry Chef

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Junior Pastry Chef to join our team at 6 Story Cafe. As a Junior Pastry Chef, you will assist in the preparation and creation of delectable desserts and pastries that will delight our customers. Your creativity and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our pastry department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and production of a variety of desserts and pastries
- Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistency and quality
- Decorate and present pastries in an appealing and artistic manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry section
- Collaborate with the pastry team to develop new recipes and innovative creations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory and order ingredients and supplies as needed
- Stay updated with industry trends and techniques in pastry making

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a pastry chef or in a similar role
- Culinary degree or relevant certification in pastry arts is preferred
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and flavor combinations
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box in creating unique desserts
- Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for pastry making and a desire to learn and grow

Working Hours:

- Tuesday to Monday, 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM

**Salary**:

- The salary for this position ranges from ₹15,000.00 to ₹20,000.00 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
