**Job Overview**:
Our Marketing department is looking for an enthusiastic young individual to join our team as Social Media
- Trainee.

**What are the opportunities that you will be given?**
As a Social Media
- Trainee, you will be responsible for maintaining our client
- s social media platforms.
You will also be accountable for creating captivating content for all social media pages.
Monitoring user engagement and analyzing feedback on a daily basis is a mandatory task.
You will be given the opportunity to work with creative members and take ownership of Monthly Creative Calendars to ensure that the content on the client page is aligned with the brief and trends.

**This opportunity is for those who are starting out and want to work on big names like Flipkart, Soundcore, etc.**
This role will challenge you and help you learn on the job. It will give you the opportunity to interact with the CXOs at large organizations and understand what you
- re good at and nurture you for the same.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing engaging social media content and calendars
- Managing social media platforms of the Clients.
- Ideation for campaigns and trends
- Research clients' products, services, plans, competitors and target markets
- Monitoring social media metrics and ROI.
- Analyzing social media trends and creating reports
- Staying up to date with the latest social media advertising efforts and goals.

**Requirements**:

- 0 to 1 year of experience in the same field.
- Bachelor
- s degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrate the ability to understand the engagement metrics and KPIs.
- Exceptional team player
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise them.
- In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithm changes.
- A keen eye for details.
