**Role Overview**:
As a Social Media Marketing Trainee, you'll dive into the exciting realm of social media marketing, working closely with our seasoned professionals to develop and implement innovative strategies. This hands-on role will expose you to various aspects of digital marketing, including content creation, community management, analytics, and campaign execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation of engaging social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor and engage with our online community, fostering positive interactions and building brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Enthusiasm to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
