Job Overview We are seeking a Junior Social Media Manager to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in content creation and social media management, and will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital strategies to enhance online presence and customer engagement. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in social media management with a focus on engaging and growing audience base. Strong content creation skills with a creative approach to developing innovative and impactful digital content. Expertise in copywriting with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive social media messages. Proficient in handling and strategizing campaigns on Instagram to effectively engage with the target audience. Experience in campaign management with a track record of successful implementations that drive results. Ability to develop brand strategies that align with client requirements and company objectives. Strong community engagement skills to foster relationships and build brand loyalty across platforms. Excellent analytical skills to measure, analyze, and optimize the efficacy of social media activities. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Create and curate engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency. Manage daily operations of social media accounts, including scheduling, posting, and monitoring. Collaborate with internal teams to align social media strategies with overall company goals. Analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize future strategies. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices into social media execution.
