We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Social Media Management Trainee to join our dynamic marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation and Management:
  2. Assist in developing and curating engaging and creative content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  3. Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency in all communications.
  5. Community Engagement:
  6. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Foster relationships with followers, influencers, and other relevant social media communities.
  8. Performance Analysis:
  9. Track and analyze social media performance metrics using analytics tools.
  10. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, audience growth, and engagement metrics.
  11. Provide insights and recommendations to improve social media strategies.
  12. Research and Trends:
  13. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  14. Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
  15. Campaign Support:
  16. Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns and promotions.
  17. Support the marketing team with various projects and initiatives as needed.
  18. Administrative Tasks:
  19. Perform administrative duties related to social media management, such as maintaining content calendars and organizing digital assets.
