Salary: Up to ₹25,000 in hand per month

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and creative Social Media Trainee to join our digital marketing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in managing social media platforms and supporting digital marketing campaigns. This role is perfect for candidates who want hands-on exposure to social media marketing, content creation, and online brand promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
  • Assist in running and monitoring paid advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
  • Track performance metrics, generate reports, and suggest improvements.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Engage with the audience via comments, messages, and feedback.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and campaign management.
  • Experience in handling Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn ads.
  • Creative mindset and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Good communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with Canva or other content creation tools is a plus.
