Role Description

The Social Media Marketing Trainee will be developing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms while learning industry best practices and professional tools.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in implementing social media marketing strategies aligned with business objectives

Create and schedule content for multiple social media platforms

Monitor social media channels and engage with audience interactions

Support the development and execution of social media campaigns

Track and report basic social media metrics and analytics

Maintain brand voice and guidelines across all social communications

Research industry trends and competitor activities

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated proficiency with major social media platforms

Basic understanding of social media metrics and analytics

Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools)

Content creation experience (blogs, videos, or photos)

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,900.59 per month
