**Job Overview**

Our fast-paced digital marketing agency is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Trainee to support our client communication team. In this role, you will assist in coordinating tasks between freelancers and internal teams, ensuring that project deliverables, documentation, and paperwork are managed efficiently. **Key Responsibilities**
- **Coordination & Communication**:

- Assist the client communication employee by tracking and managing the workflow between freelancers, clients, and internal teams.
- Ensure that all stakeholders are updated on project statuses, deadlines, and deliverables.
- **Document & Process Management**:

- Maintain organized records of documents, contracts, and project-related paperwork.
- Follow established procedures to ensure accurate tracking and timely completion of tasks.
- **Task Monitoring & Follow-Up**:

- Keep tabs on various tasks and responsibilities assigned across teams.
- Proactively follow up with team members and freelancers to ensure deadlines are met.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing operations team.
- Attend team meetings, take notes, and help coordinate action items as needed.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**:

- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience is also considered.
- **Skills & Experience**:

- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
- Prior agency experience is a plus, but not required
