**Job Title: Customer Service Executive (International Calling)**

Location: Noida 60

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and accurately.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Meet and exceed performance targets and quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in an international BPO environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts or US Shifts
- Preferrably experience in inbound callings, US support, US process, international voice process, process associate, international calling

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹34,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
