**Job Title**: Sales Officer - Housing Finance

**Location**: Pune

**Salary**: Up to ₹3 LPA

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their housing finance needs.
- Promote and sell housing finance products to potential customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assess competitor offerings.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients and follow up to ensure successful closures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the loan processing and approval procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in housing finance sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Must possess a valid 2-wheeler and a driver's license.
