Job Description: FMCG Sales Officer

Position: FMCG sales officer

Experience: minimum 1 year in FMCG sales

Products: chisy products

**Salary**: ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 per month

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:

- sales target achievement: meet or exceed sales targets set by the company for chisy products within the designated territory
- market research: conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- customer engagement: establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- product promotion: promote chisy products through regular visits to retailers, distributors, and other potential customers
- sales reporting: prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager
- inventory management: monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure product availability
- customer service: address and resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- sales strategy: develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive product growth in the market
- feedback collection: gather customer and market feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies

### Qualifications:

- education: bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- experience: at least 1 year of experience in fmcg sales
- skills: strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- knowledge: understanding of the fmcg sector and market dynamics. familiarity with chisy products is a plus
- driving license: valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory

Work Environment:

- location: Pune; the position will involve extensive fieldwork within the assigned territory
- work hours: flexible working hours, with occasional weekends and evenings as required by the sales activities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,447.28 - ₹20,027.97 per month
