Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers (transporters, shippers, fleet owners, etc.) in the designated area to onboard them to the Truck91 platform.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Market Penetration: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand competitors, and achieve sales targets.
- Product Pitching: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of Truck91’s services to prospective clients and provide customized solutions.
- Field Visits: Regularly visit clients at their locations to ensure engagement and promote the platform.
- Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate terms with clients and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market data using CRM tools or other designated systems.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the operations and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Skills and Competencies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the logistics or transportation industry is a plus.
- Basic understanding of technology and ability to adapt to CRM tools or mobile apps.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
