**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct door-to-door sales and promote NextGen Broadband services to potential customers.
- Generate new leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Explain broadband plans, pricing, and benefits to customers clearly and convincingly.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure referrals and repeat business.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to improve sales strategies.
- Coordinate with the sales team and report daily progress.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in sales, preferably in broadband, telecom, or D2D sales.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of broadband and internet services (training will be provided).
- Must have a two-wheeler for field visits.
