**Role Description**:
This is a full-time on-site role for Field Sales Executives located in Gurugram.As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day sales activities, engaging with potential clients, promoting our services, and driving sales growth. This is an outdoor, client-facing role, requiring frequent travel and direct interaction with prospects and customers in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
**1.Agent Acquisition & Onboarding**:
Identify and reach out to real estate agents through various channels (cold calls, field visits, networking, referrals).
Explain the benefits of RealBetter’s platform and guide them through the onboarding process.
Assist agents with registration, profile setup, and initial usage of the platform.
**2.Sales & Subscription Packages**:
Pitch and sell company's subscription plans to agents, ensuring they understand the value proposition.
**3.Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded agents to ensure continued engagement.
Act as a point of contact for agent queries and concerns, providing prompt resolutions.
Gather feedback to improve agent experience on the platform.
**Qualifications**:
**Educational Background**: Any Graduate
**Experience**:Proven experience in business development or sales, **preferably in the Real estate sector.**
**Skills**: Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to build and maintain client relationships, self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
