**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive, located in New Delhi. The primary responsibilities include responding to customer queries and providing technical support both online and offline. The role entails ensuring customer satisfaction, troubleshooting technical issues, escalating complex problems to higher levels, documenting all customer interactions, and following up to ensure issues are resolved.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and providing Online Support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in any field
