- Should have very good experience in Electricals / lighting.
- Setting up & activation of new channel partners and overseeing the on-boarding process.
- Regular meeting with active channel partners
- Hands on experience in Channel Sales and end to end Sales life cycle.
- Deep knowledge of Channel Sales, Dealer and Distribution Management.
- Should have strategic mind to play key role in dealer networking.
- Strong passion for hardcore sales and business development activities
- Should be open for field work.
- Identifies builds and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally.
- Maintaining Customer Relations & Satisfaction i.e. Dealers / Distributors / Companies / Partners to keep them aware of OSUM Smart Innovations.
- Make efficient use of business-to-business referrals, leveraging existing relationships to cement new opportunities.
- Be able to identify opportunities and recommend/influence for change to increase effectiveness and success of campaigns.
