**Responsibilities**:
**Sourcing and Recruitment**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.

**Talent Pipelining**:

- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key positions to ensure a proactive approach to recruitment.

**Collaboration with Hiring Managers**:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires

**Qualifications**:
**-MBA in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.**

**-Proven 2 to 4 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sales)**
- Familiarity with various sourcing methods and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
