**Job Description-**
- Check the machine's condition on a daily & weekly basis with the checklist.
- Giving more productivity with no bypass of quality & process violations and Checking the daily maintenance report
- Daily mold-making as per the planning schedule
- Providing training to team member & 5-s with utilization in daily basis
- Manage the manpower as required
- Daily checking the machine condition and schedule for its PM work with daily basis.
- Attain the break down with priority basis and resolve as soon as possible
- Reduce the maintenance cost.

knowledge about Maintenance of Ball Mill, impact Mill, CCIM, muller and kiln mechanical machines, Conveyor, vibrator machine etc.

Education
- Graduation in Mechanical
Experience -Min. 5/10 Yrs in a Refractory/Cement Plant as a Mechanical Incharge/ Supervisor
