We are looking for a Warranty In-Charge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire warranty process and ensuring accurate claim submissions to Tata Motors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, record, and submit warranty claims to the company.
• Reconcile warranty claims with company records.
• Ensure compliance with Tata Motors' warranty policies and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all claims.
• Coordinate with the service department for claim-related queries.
• Monitor claim status and follow up as required.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Automobile/Mechanical preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automobile warranty handling.
• Strong knowledge of warranty policies and process.
• Proficiency in MS Office and DMS/SAP software.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
