J01 Factory Shift In-Charge (Management)
Vacancies: 2 | Experience: Min. 2 years | Salary: 20,000 25,000 / month
Role overview: Lead one production shift, coordinate people & machines, ensure production targets, maintain discipline, safety and shift reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all staff on the shift (attendance, allocation, discipline).
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved and quality standards met.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse to resolve bottlenecks.
- Prepare and submit daily shift report: production numbers, downtime, rejects, manpower.
- Enforce safety, housekeeping and PPE compliance.
- Recommend process improvements and support training of operators.
Required qualifications & skills
- Any Graduate with relevant shift/production supervisory experience.
- Strong people-management and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word).
- Problem-solving under pressure; basic understanding of production KPIs (OEE/downtime).
Performance indicators
- Target achievement %, downtime reduction, number of quality rejects, timely reporting.
J02 — Engineer — Electrical / Mechanical (Maintenance)
Vacancies: 2 | Experience: Min. 1 year | Salary: 15,000 – 20,000 / month
Role overview: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, minimize machine downtime and support production during changeovers.
Key responsibilities
- Execute routine preventive maintenance and respond to breakdowns.
- Diagnose electrical/mechanical faults; carry out repairs and adjustments.
- Maintain maintenance logs and spare-parts records.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and spares.
- Assist in new machine installation, commissioning and calibration.
- Support continuous improvement (reduce MTTR and increase uptime).
Required qualifications & skills
- Diploma / B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
- Hands-on experience with industrial machinery (reading schematics, wiring).
- Basic PLC, pneumatic/hydraulic troubleshooting (advantageous).
- Good documentation and communication skills.
Performance indicators
- Mean time to repair (MTTR), preventive maintenance compliance, machine uptime.
J03 — Warehouse In-Charge (Warehouse / Logistics)
Vacancies: 2 | Experience: Min. 2 years | Salary: 15,000 – 20,000 / month
Role overview: Control inbound/outbound materials, inventory accuracy, and timely supply of raw materials to production.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inward receipts, storage, issue to production and outward dispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform stock reconciliations.
- Implement FIFO/LIFO and material handling best practices.
- Coordinate with procurement & production for timely replenishment.
- Supervise storekeepers, packing & loading activities and ensure warehouse cleanliness.
- Prepare daily / weekly stock and consumption reports.
Required qualifications & skills
- Any Graduate with proven warehouse/inventory management experience.
- Strong Excel skills; familiarity with ERP/stock software is preferred.
- Good organizational and supervisory skills.
Performance indicators
- Inventory accuracy %, stockouts, timely issue to production, shrinkage rates.
J04 — Machine Operator (Production / Technical)
Vacancies: 50 | Experience: Min. 2 years | Salary: 12,000 – 15,000 / month
Role overview: Operate solar panel manufacturing machines, ensure production output and quality, and follow SOPs and safety rules.
Key responsibilities
- Operate assigned machines (stringers, laminators, EL testers, framing, etc. as applicable).
- Set up machines, perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting.
- Achieve daily output targets with required quality and minimal rework.
- Keep accurate production records and report defects immediately.
- Participate in basic maintenance and cleaning of machines.
- Follow safety procedures and wear PPE at all times.
Required qualifications & skills
- Any Graduate with experience in machine operation or assembly-line work.
- Reliable attendance, discipline, and ability to work shifts.
- Willingness to undergo trade tests / practical assessment.
Performance indicators
- Units produced per shift, reject rate, adherence to SOP, attendance/reliability.
J05 — Quality Check Engineer (Quality Control Department)
Vacancies: 2 | Experience: Minimum 2 years | Salary Range: 15,000 – 25,000 / month
Role Overview:
The Quality Check Engineer is responsible for inspecting and ensuring that all solar panels and components meet the defined quality standards before dispatch. The role involves testing, documentation, defect identification, and coordination with production to ensure consistent output quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-process and final quality inspections of solar panels and components.
- Verify raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products as per company standards.
- Operate and maintain testing instruments (EL Tester, IV Tester, Flash Tester, etc.).
- Record and analyze inspection data, maintain daily quality reports.
- Identify non-conforming products and coordinate corrective actions with production teams.
- Ensure all testing and inspection procedures comply with ISO / BIS standards.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support audits (internal / external) and maintain calibration records for instruments.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma / B.E. (Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or solar PV module quality control.
- Strong understanding of visual inspection, electrical testing, and defect classification.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, report documentation, and communication.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or BIS 14286 standards is an advantage.
Performance Indicators:
- Defect detection rate, customer complaint reduction, adherence to inspection schedules, audit compliance score.
