**Responsibilities**:

- Actively promote the school and its programs to prospective parents and students through various marketing initiatives.
- Assist in organizing and participating in admission drives, open houses, and promotional events.
- Guide parents and guardians through the admission process, addressing queries and providing accurate information about the school’s offerings.
- Conduct telephonic follow-ups with inquiries and maintain a database of prospective students.
- Support digital and offline marketing campaigns to attract and retain admissions leads.
- Develop engaging presentations and materials to represent the school effectively to the target audience.
- Collaborate with the admissions and academic teams to meet enrollment targets.
- Assist in maintaining a welcoming and professional front desk for walk-in inquiries.
- Work closely with the administration team to ensure seamless coordination during the admission process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
- Ability to present information confidently and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing or admissions.
- Experience in the education sector is preferred but not mandatory.

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Pay**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Schedule**: Morning Shift
