Coordinate with New joiners to complete online training & sign NDA

Ensure to meet compliace as per the Security process set

Liase with HR, Managers and raise UIN request & Access on client portal

Send weekly updates on pending onbaordings cases to managers & HR

Help new joiners in case of any any issues

Save evidences in Repository

Maintain tracker

Line Manager changes, Location changed & OUC changes:
Raise LM change request in client portal, have track of progress in tracker

Raise Location change request in client portal, have track of progress in tracker

Raise OUC change request in client portal, have track of progress in tracker

Maintain SLA's

Offboarding Activities:
Coordinate with Manager and Employee to perform account deactivation formalities

Raise Accout deactivation request with client

Ensure to change new LM for staff under the employee before exit

Place offboarding request on same day of exit to meet compliance

Save evidences in Repository

Maintain tracker

Tracker:
On/offboarding tracker with ref and dates

Governance Tracker

Token Inventory

Audit:
Attend Audits, represent Team to run through evicences & maintain compliance

Handle Onboarding and Offboarding activities for BU and liase with security team for weekly report, Audits
