2. **Respond to customer inquiries and resolve product-related issues** promptly to ensure satisfaction and trust.
3. **Maintain regular communication with customers** to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat business.
4. **Collaborate with sales and product teams** to stay updated on new launches, promotions, and product knowledge.
5. **Collect and analyze customer feedback** to help improve service quality and contribute to product development or refinement.
**Requirements**:
1. **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in cosmetology, dermatology, business, or a related field is preferred.
2. **Skincare Knowledge**: Strong understanding of skincare products, skin types, and common skin concerns.
3. **Customer Service Skills**: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
4. **Experience**: Prior experience in customer service, beauty retail, or skincare industry is an advantage.
5. **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM systems, online chat platforms, and basic computer skills.
6. **Sales Orientation**: Ability to recommend and upsell products based on customer needs.
7. **Language Skills**: Proficiency in local language(s) and English, especially for customer-facing roles.
