**Position Overview**:
As a Paid Marketing Executive at ThinkByte, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. You will use your experience to ensure that our campaigns are innovative, cost-effective, and yield high returns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, execute, and manage paid digital marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance data to continually refine strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
**CTC**: ₹5,00,000 to ₹6,00,000 per year
