Job Description: Paid Marketing Entry Level(Freshers)

**Position Overview**:
As a Paid Marketing Fresher at ThinkByte, you will learn to manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns under the guidance of experienced professionals. This role offers a tremendous opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing while contributing to innovative projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation and management of paid marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports.
- Learn from senior marketers to improve campaign strategies.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions for campaign development.
- Ensure compliance with marketing standards and practices.

**Requirements**:

- Strong mathematical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated interest in digital marketing and analytical skills, such as participation in related competitions or Olympiads.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
**CTC**: ₹3,00,000 per year to ₹3,60,000 per year

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
